• ​Hayley Rushbrook may use images of book covers and author names to showcase projects she has worked on in her promotional material (including on her website and social networking sites) unless the Client requests otherwise.

• From time to time, Hayley Rushbrook may reach out to potential clients to offer her services directly (including email and on her social networking sites). In this case, Hayley Rushbrook will not store any contact details unless she is hired or the potential client shows interest in working with her in the future and consents to her keeping their contact details.

• Hayley Rushbrook will not use personal information for any other marketing or promotional purposes without receiving written (including email) permission or obtaining consent via a tick box on her website’s contact form first.
